Our Estate
Our winery is located on Eric’s family estate in Rosati. Since the turn of twentieth century, the Cardetti’s have maintained the vineyard and property. The original grapes grown in the vineyard were primarily Concord, Niagara, and Stark’s Star. During the early 1940s, Ricardo and Peno operated a small winery, but it closed due to the war. In his later years, Peno lamented never resurrecting the winery, and that has been a driving factor for Eric’s vision.
